Absolutely love the person centred care each individual receives! I have seen nothing but happiness and gratitude. I would most definitely be placing my mum ( when’s she’s ready ) with this home what an outstanding experience with staff and residents when we was invited for a visit. Thank you very much

Absolutely shocking home. My mum had 3 unwitnessed falls. She is 90 years old and has never fallen before going there.Her clothes,shoes and glasses were lost.She is still traumatised from the time she spent there. She told me when she was there she used to pray every night that she would die. Thank god she was only there for a few weeks.She was placed there from being in hospital. As a family we were not given a choice. We removed mum as soon as we could
