I had a oil change and tire rotation scheduled. Took my truck right in, lounge was clean, with snacks and coffee. Everyone was friendly, and within an hour I was on my way. Stress free experience.
We weren't sure which SUV would best fit our needs, so tried several to be sure. Jed was very professional and helpful throughout the two day process. We had a problem with one of the remote keys and he got it resolved right away. Thanks to Jed and the rest of the sales team!
If I could give the sales AND service department 20 stars I would. The local Chevrolet factory representative and a Chevrolet engineer had my new Impala for 24 hours repairing the same issue for the eighth (8th) time and....wait for it....it is dead in my driveway and won't start. Thank you Charlies for the $30,000.00 lawn ornament!!!!!!!!!
