I want to thank all the people at Charlie's Chevrolet , Peter Grasruck, Nelson Peterson and Roger (in Finance) for making buying a car go very smoothly. We bought a 2017 Trax, which we both love. We had a great experience purchasing a truck from Charlie’s Chevrolet in Winthrop. The dealership is top notch and the whole team went above and beyond making sure we drove away satisfied. Alan, their online connection, found us a vehicle and arranged an appointment. We arrived at 4:30 PM on Friday afternoon, and while we did a test drive they assessed our vehicle. I was told I was approved for a deal, got multiple calls to come back in they had me a deal. Went in on a Saturday they said I was approved then called me Monday to say I needed many thousands of dollars that they had not told me on Saturday. Very deceptive and underhanded dealer. Do not believe a word they tell you. Don't shop there.
