Our vehicle has been there for a month (and counting) waiting to be repaired. The last couple times my wife called she didn't even get a call back from them. Piss poor service so far.
I had an offer from Chevy to get out of my lease early on my Silverado. I was hesitant because I still wanted a Silverado but wasn't sure I could afford it. Nate and Nelson worked hard to get me into the truck of my choice.
We set our minds on an Equinox n Charlie's Chevrolet did everything in their power lo make it happen. We wanted the Equinox as we have other family members who have them n love them. Charlie's made the deal happen n we r in love with our new Equinox. 2 days after buying, we had a really bad snow storm n we couldn't be happier with how it handled. We honestly highly recommend both Charlie's Chevrolet n the Equinox.
Best customer service in Maine!! Brook did a great job with my plow install!! She took time to answer all my questions and get prices on many accessories and different plows. Great job I love it!!
After having been treated ridiculously unfairly at another so-called big huge GM dealership in the Augusta area we were very happy in dealing with Charlie's this time around and I would highly recommend after you shop elsewhere stop at Charlie's last they will not let you down

Jed and the rest of the sales team got me into my own 2018 Equinox even after just leasing a fabulous 2017 Cruz LT hatchback back in May.
