I had a wonderful experience yesterday buying my new Impala. Peter Grasruck was my salesman and he was really helpful. He wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied. He went over all the options of the different cars and helped me choose the one that was right for me. Everyone there was very helpful and made you feel right at home. They even welcomed my dogs into their establishment. I would recommend Charlie's to all my family and friends. Thanks again for all of your help.
I think for me, the best thing was that I did not feel pressured into purchasing anything. The sales team tried to get me the best discount (which was impressive) and to make it fit into my budget. I chose to lease with a trade in. They were very generous with the trade in amount. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Very kid friendly!!!
Love my brand new Chevy Trex!!! Everyone was helpful, answered my million questions, did not try to encourage me to get something I was not interested in, and even came to my house to pick up the extra keys from my trade. I feel like I can stop by if I have further questions and still get the helpful and polite attitude that I did when I went in to purchase.
My wife and I went to Charlies on Monday, To trade our 2012 Chevy Equinox in for a new 2015 Chevy Silverado Z71 Crew Cab truck. Our salesman was Peter Grasruck. Very nice to both of us through the process. Charlies gave me a very fair trade on the old car, and we drove home our new truck in a few hours. Will always go back to Charlies in the future ! ! I started dealing with Charlie's 2 years ago, when I bought a 2013 Silverado LT. I had no intentions of trading at this point, but Eric, Peter, and Tom, gave me such an excellent trade, I traded up to a 2015 Silverado LTZ. GREAT people to deal with!!
Wow just a phenomenal experience. They are 100 out of five!!! The Chevrolet team in Winthrop has just went above and beyond of my expectations of getting the vehicle of my choice!!!!
