I want to give many thanks to Jed and the Charlie’s Chevrolet crew for all of the help this weekend. My husband and I went into the show room Saturday morning and we were greeted right away and taken care of very well. Absolutely the worst purchase of my entire life. Bought a new 2018 Silverado and it was one lie after another. Was not delivered the product I purchased, the worst most unprofessional sales team hands down.
Worked with Jed Crommett to get my son into a vehicle. What an outstanding salesman and dealership. Every single person we spoke with was great! We told Jed what we were looking for and he had three options ready for us to test drive when we got there. Made the whole process easy and smooth! Highly recommend asking for Jed if your in the market!
The wife and I stopped at Charlies Chevrolet in Winthrop on Saturday, March 31, the last day of the month. Not to buy at that time but to just check out the Chevy. Never have been a Chevy owner but I liked what I saw and they were very helpful in getting me into that truck. They actually pretty much let me write my own deal. Very impressed with the sales team. If their service is as good I think I have found where I'll buy the rest of my vehicles. :)
Bought my share of vehicles thru that building over the years and Eric Lindholm has always been my guy. It was time for me to(finally) upgrade my ride and he made leasing my new Malibu painless. Justin Staggs did a great job with the new vehicle walk around as well
Had a great experience here yesterday getting my chevy equinox. Nate, Eric, and Roger were all super helpful and very informative. They took the time to make sure that I got the right car for me and stay in my price range. Anytime I had to wait everyone was very accommodating and made sure that they came and talked with me, asked if I needed anything. Overall it was an exceptional experience. Thanks!
