Found a vehicle online, talked to Tiffany Thursday afternoon and set up an appointment for Friday at 3pm (bad storms Thursday), i drove 40 minutes and I showed up at 2:30 pm on Friday just to watch them sell it to someone else! I have to share that this Dealership attempted to upsell me my leased vehicle. The sales man attempted to add taxes to my buyout quote, which already included taxes from the initial Lease contract. I had given him the opportunity to match the rate I was given by my bank and the final sale amount from NMAC and he began walking away and spending a long time making some astronomical calculations as to what my "options" were and coming back as if he had worked some magic on my rate. Jose Antonio Camacho, I understand your frustration with buying out your lease. We follow all guidelines on the fees that are charge. Tax is add to the buy out, Nissan will not collect the taxes. It is the responsibility of the dealership to collect the sales tax and submit it to the state when the title work is done. Your bank will not collect tax and the state will ask for it when you go to register the car. Please understand we try to make everything as transparent as possible.
