The service department at Red Rock Nissan is awful. We purchased a vehicle from Red Rock Nissan. They had promised to replace the battery as part of the sales deal and told us to bring it back since the service department was closed. When we took it in for the battery test I watched the technician set his battery tester on the front fender panel of our vehicle. I reserved an appointment time to test drive a vehicle on Tuesday morning, and when I arrived at my appointment time on Saturday morning, they had loaned out the vehicle for the weekend and offered no compromise or other vehicles to browse. I was extremely unimpressed and will not be returning.
