Purchasing the car was a great experience BUT it’s been downhill from there. I have had good experiences with certain people but, as a whole, this has been the worst experience. I’ve purchased five vehicles, at five different dealerships, in three different states and this is the first time that I’ve regretted the purchase.

I tried to purchase a used vehicle from Nissan of McKinney. I was going to pay $250 cash and the rest with a personal check. They took my cash and put it in a safe somewhere then they told me they couldn’t accept my check. They proceeded to speak to me disrespectfully and unprofessionally to the point that my 19 year old son was in tears. I'm not really sure where to begin with the mess of this place. First I want to point out that this was at the used vehicle building, which may not be as bad as the new vehicles. BUT either way this is not the way a used car buying experience should be. So to start, the website had pictures that were not very detailed and only showed the van from a distance which looked ok.
