It was not the best for me only because everything was sent to my phone for approval. Once I went and found someone who would actually talk to me things got sorted out. I have been coming back since 2012 and will continue but not if I have no personal interaction about what’s going on with my car. Great service but lost the customer service this time.

Our guys name was Justin he was so nice and accommodating. My husband is 86 and he made sure the courtesy car pulled up beside our car so we can get in and then he brought our car why back to us. I would give him and Nissan a 10
