RecommendedI loved this place as soon as we walked in. Also, I don't even like my mom's biscuits and gravy (sorry, momma.) but I love theirs. I wanted my boyfriend's plate instead of mine. Don't get me wrong, their French toast is amazing too, but I was just excited to find some Bs & G, other than mine, that I like! The staff were all very nice as well.
Terrible staff! Waited over an hour for table, just to leave. Because they would rather seat party of 2 at large table and loose a party of 5. Not very smart! Also rude!
All of the waitresses are great.… But I will never step foot in Charlie Browns again.… During the time I was fighting to save my daughters life, I would drive to Lafayette to pick up my daughter on weekends, and the first thing I always did was drive straight to Charlie Browns... it was a tradition that I always did with my daughter. I would sit up at the bar and she would sit on my lap. It was one of the few places that she felt like a normal child. My daughter was paralyzed below the neck. We just ordered breakfast from Charlie Brown’s and they offered to deliver it to us since we are so close! Food was delicious, hot, and everything was perfect! Love this place! They even put in a thank you card in our bag, which was so sweet and made my day. SUPPORT LOCAL if you can!
