So is/was this just good old fraud ? No reply, ignored I purchased a motor vehicle from your dealership (2008 Silver Peugeot 308). Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because of a number of reasons: Advertised as having Air Conditioning but there is no air conditioning pump in the car. Replacement cost £550 not covered by warranty. Engine burning oil. Emitting dense blue smoke. This was recorded on the MOT as being fixed. It is not. £1000 cost not covered by warranty. Great service from Richard and the team as always. Very professional and great customer service. I've had them service and maintain my car since they opened in Charlesworth and it's nice to have someone who's local that's reliable and you can trust. I highly recommend.
