Wonderful staff, I am great-full for all their help, service and dedication!
We rushed our dog to their facility 10:00 at night because our dog was having a seizure. They took her straight back even before filling out paperwork. Very attentive, compassionate and professional staff!
Front staff, doctors, everything about going to CVRC is great except for the reason you're going. My dog Wally has been a patient of Dr. Rissetto's for some time now due to cancer. She's always available, responding to emails sometimes in the middle of the night. Everyone here knows how much your dog means to you, and chances as, they grow to love your dog too. Every time Wally goes in, he's treated like a celebrity. The girls all come out from behind the desk to hug and kiss him. I can't say enough nice things about CVRC.
My dog neutron received a prolapsed urethra surgery by Dr.Jennifer AU and he was treated with such love and care! I'm so happy and thankful for the wonderful technicians that took care of my boy!
Very pleased by how our beloved 11-year old feline, MONSON, was cared for. This is truly a special place. From the moment we walked in the door until we took Monson home the next day we knew our local vet had referred us to the best place. Dr. Olsen was wonderful and explained everything in detail and answered all our questions. We're awaiting more test results but feel confident CVRC did and is doing all the best for Monson. I was traveling to Charleston and had an emergency. CVRC took great care of my pup, and made me feel at home. Recommend 5 starts, make sure you go see them if you have any veterinary needs in Charleston!
Yesterday my baby(my cat) Isabelle was literally on death's doorstep and because of Dr Jesty, and her night Doctor (I am so sorry I don't remember his name, I think it was Dr Ellison) she is alive and doing well and home today!!! The customer service was outstanding, every was just amazing and so compassionate! I will be recommending CVRC to everyone for their pet needs!!!! Thank you all so much!!!
