We are so pleased with our experience! They literally saved our dogs life. We got daily updates on her, the staff was very friendly and concerned for her over all health. We would highly recommend Charleston Veterinary Referral Center!
Very friendly. Jessica and Dr Jesty explained my dogs situation in a language I could easily understand.
I have never met a more compassionate group of animal providers! Not only were my concerns addressed, my wishes were respected, my senior dog was in excellent hands. Champ is home now, resting comfortably, and showing some improvement. I have never had a veterinarian sit on the floor with me and my dog and talk to me about plan of care and everything else. This spoke volumes to me. Hopefully, we will not need to use the emergency vet again! I am very happy to know this facility is in my community.
They kept our doggie alive late in the evening. Big plus, only there were strong arm up sale tactics straight out of the book used and it was made to seem like there was no alternative to their treatment. The treatment wasn't wrong. It was expensive but it seemed like the decision needed to be made, but with an emotional gun to my head.
This is an incredible place that is clean, state of the art and with compassionate and loving staff. We are so thankful that they are in West Ashley
