This is the second time we have had to use the emergency services offered, and we are grateful for the loving people who run this facility.
A fantastic place. Though, we haven't been here in best of situations....but they are always so very kind, understanding, compassionate and professional. Thank you for being there for us during very difficult times.
The staff was absolutely amazing....they were so caring and concerned of my feelings. The veterinarian assured me that although I was hurting, I was making the right decision to let him go. I've never experienced losing my pet before, but they made the process so easy because they comforted me and Simon until the end...thank you all for being so compassionate during my time of bereavement...�
Not very happy with u guys right now. Appreciate YOUR misdiagnosis 2 weeks ago with my dog, Dallas. Said he probably got into rat poison. It wasn't rat poison, it was a SNAKE BITE! He had to have emergency surgery this morning due to the tissue/leg getting infected and possible may have to have his leg ampituated due to incorrect treatment. Let's not get into the fact of the almost $400, I paid u clowns for NOTHING. Close your doors if this is the service you give! Think twice folks before you take your fur-babie here!
