These people are awesome! They saved our Diesels life! They truely care about these animals. They did so much to help us out! I will be telling everyone I know to use them! They are the best! The staff is so friendly and didnt mind at all thst we called e ery couple hours to check on him. Again, they are the best!
Amazing service and people who really care. I ended up having to visit because my dog got a snake bite and the care and helpfulness of the staff was incredible. They took the time to talk to me both in person and on the phone with updates. Thank You!!
These people truly go above and beyond for pets and their owners. We brought our dog, Diesel, in with a snake bite and they were so kind and informative and weren't annoyed when we called them excessively for updates on our pup. � Cannot thank y'all enough for taking such great care of our baby boy!
The staff here is so understanding, caring, and knowledgeable. Our furry best friend of almost five years had an aggressive and quick condition that had already taken its toll, we thought it best to not let him go on with that pain. The doctors we saw on our visits were respectful of our wishes and treated our buddy like it was their dog. Dr. Jesty (Cardiology) and Dr. Au (Sports Medicine) are both so knowledgeable and wicked smart. However, they talk with me at a level I can understand and are willing to answer all of my questions thoroughly. They both have a great sense of humor which is a bonus !!! When I was in to see the cardiologist, she asked about Vincent's knee! Amazing!!!!!! Love them both and their nurses are really good too. I have never seen a veterinary care as much as they do. Let's face- all emergency care is expensive, all vet care is expensive- they make theirselves available 24/7 and thank goodness they do!!! They were up front with every visit. They were completely honest and always provided an itemized statement prior and after treatment... I knew where my $ was going, and would do it all over again!
