Horrible Horrible Horrible. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE. Complete Rip Off. We had to go to these guys because our normal vet was closed on Sundays. Our Golden Retriever had worms. A veterinarian told us over the phone before we went in that based on the description, it was clearly tapeworms. They charged us $250+ overall for the visit. We already knew she had tapeworms, however to confirm this they charged us for two tests (two too many). Then over-charged us for medication. Huge mistake. I took my dog in for a potentially life threatening illness, and Dr.Torres was with us almost immediately and made us feel so much better! The entire team there went above and beyond and even worked with us on a payment plan! I would recommend time and time again!! I am forever grateful for them saving my baby!
We brought our two bulldogs in for heat exposure after they got loose from our yard. Everyone from the front desk receptionists to the doctors and vet techs were outstanding. They are calm and explain everything to you thoroughly. The doctors are also excellent about keeping you updated if your pet is admitted to the hospital for an extended period of time. I am happy to report that everyone is home now and doing well. I am grateful we have such a great facility in West Ashley.
I absolutely love the staff...everyone is so nice and friendly..you can tell there is def. A love for animals at this place! Highly recommend
Five stars are honestly not enough. We brought K-9 Jynx in on Friday to figure out the source of his limb weakness and severe pain. We worked with the neurology team to get him an MRI and the entire process could not have gone more smoothly. We arrived a little early, but were immediately brought back. The staff at the front desk was knowledgeable, patient, and so helpful and friendly as we navigated this very stressful process. They took care of my English Bulldog, Brutis. Perfect care and a great crew.
The staff there is exceptional. I couldn't have asked for better service. I completely trust them with my baby Maximus!
I will go back if I need them again! I was totally impressed with everyone there.
