Highly recommend! As a worried pet parent at 11:30pm on a Saturday night, the staff got us right in. They reassured us that our elderly pup would be ok after being attacked by another dog. They got her cleaned up with stitches and were super sweet to all of us. Bill was very reasonable for after hours weekend care. Can't say enough how much we appreciated their help. If we ever have another emergency after hours, they will be our first call.
Can't thank the staff here enough. The level of care in terms of quality and true "care" as in they care about the animals as if they were their own is unsurpassed in a way I haven't experienced anywhere else. Particular shoutout to the cardio team Dr. Jesty and Jessica. They have navigated my Rocky who has several extra special heart conditions. Charleston is beyond lucky to have this place.
The absolute best we have ever experienced. Nothing but love for our furry family members.
All my thanks to everyone for taking care of my sweet Dune❣️
Excellent physicians, kind and compassionate care from all of the staff. Our baby was in the ICU for 3 days before we had to say goodbye to him and the doctors were fantastic about calling us with updates and keeping us informed. I have nothing but love and respect for these people.

Informed them that my cat is eating, playing and drinking but she was suffering from some kind of breathing contraction in her stomach and difficulty on coughing out a hairball. Maria the vet tech did a phenomenal job in comforting me and understood my concerns. She also took good care of my Kitty and knew how to handle her feistiness. I hope Maria has plans on becoming a vet! She’s defi... read more
