RecommendedMy poor puppy got into ibuprofen. 🥺 This wonderful place walked him through the trauma and recovery with COMPASSION and GREAT SKILL! They were sensitive to financial concerns as well as this crying doggy daddy’s emotional concerns! My dog Rocky had surgery here and was a patient for a few days. I am from Atlanta and feel very lucky that we found this wonderful place. Everybody was so kind and friendly. The vets were all excellent. Rocky is much better. Thank you so much!!
I had to take my cat to be put down on a Saturday night. She was 17 and in poor health. I have never experienced such a professional, dedicated and caring staff. From the moment I walked in and until the moment I left I knew this was the exact place for my sweet baby to end her life. I went to pick up her ashes a week later and the level of customer service and compassion is second to none. I’m so thankful for them!
I had to take one of my furbabies last night and could not be more pleased with the experience! The staff (front desk, triage tech, and vet) were both knowledgeable and personable. We had to wait a while but considering a lab who was bitten by a copperhead came in after us and was taken straight back, the wait was understandable. We had an incredible experience during a scary time in our dog’s life. Not only did Dr. Welch and her staff provide amazing care for our Miley, they also gently comforted this crying, scared owner. Hands down, we recommend them.
So professional! Every person we came in contact with was exceptional and caring toward our fur baby! Each one said he was the sweetest boy! They got that right. Highly recommend.
