I cannot thank the staff enough at CVRC. My dog Chase was admitted to their care while I was in Panama and trying to find flights back home. Prognosis was looking grim as he was in renal failure, but they kept me updated on everything and answered all my questions. The night they sent me a picture of him actually standing up, it was the thing I needed most while I started my 30 hour trek back to the states. They always have taken such good care of my fur baby. I’m so thankful for all of the vet techs and doctors who have taken care of her. Everyone is so kind and understands how anxious we are being in an emergency situation. Thankful for the follow up call the day after as well. Thank you CVRC!
Recently my toy poodle Cappy lost his balance and rolled down 5 steps. He was crying and unable to bear weight on his right hind leg. I scooped him up and headed to CVRC. It was a busy Saturday afternoon but he was taken back for pain management and x-rays quickly. When Dr Laura Maston brought him back to me he could stand on all four legs. She was wonderful, showing me his x-rays and explaining everything carefully. Wonderful care and very prompt and professional communication
We have two dogs under the care of CVRC vets. We have been incredibly happy with the level of knowledge, care, and professionalism shown to us and our dogs by everyone there. They clearly love animals. I absolutely recommend them! Very happy with everyone from the front desk all the way through the staff that works check out. Love the people at CVRC!
