RecommendedIt is all still fresh but I wouldnt trust anyone else with the care and surgery CVRC did on Helix. We are thankful for the care he recieved there and even now from them while he is at home recovering. Professional, kind and trustworthy. Even with Covid restrictions they eased our minds and worrys while Helix was in there care.
My little dog needed to have an echocardiogram because she has a heart murmur and is positive for heartworms. I was so impressed with the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Dr. Sophy Jesty took time to talk with me - on several different occasions- as I had time to digest the results of the test and come up with more questions! I am really happy to know there is a wonderful place like this to go to if any of my 5 rescued pets, cats and dogs, have serious health issues.
I took my dog Jaeger to Charleston VRC to be collected for a stud service in Wisconsin. Dr Val Tanco was the veterinarian that I had perform the procedure, and to say that I was very impressed would be an understatement. She is extremely professional, yet courteous and personable at the same time. She sent many, MANY emails and called me many times staying in contact with me and taking the time to educate me on procedures and other important factors I may need to know in the future. I’ve had two experiences here now: one stressful with a positive outcome due to the staff’s competence and care, and one awful at no fault to anyone. Each time the team here has been amazing, supportive & just wonderful humans with big big hearts. I shed a lot of tears tonight when I opened this card from Dr. DeFalco and team. They had so many supportive & caring words for us about our Macaroni, whom they only knew for a couple hours. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about these folks.
The workers were so helpful, from the lady on the phone to the ladies working out side during this trying time. All the staff were practicing safety first procedures, they collected your baby from your car and then returned them to your car. This place is awesome. I was just taking two baby birds that were found on the ground covered in ants, they were the only place I found that would help them. So thank you very much.
First time having to go to CVRC and despite the reason for the visit and the new process due to COVID, our experience has been AMAZING!! The staff is incredible!! This is the first time I’ve had to leave my “baby” (a 120lb mastiff) with any stranger and I could tell immediately he was in good, caring, loving hands! Special thank you to Nicole and Dr. van Eeden!! And really to ALL of the wonderful staff!!
Thank you for taking care of our Frenchie Newt! She was pretty sick & needed multiple surgeries! But she’s headed home now! Can’t thank y’all enough!!
