Staff is excellent. Skilled, compassionate, wonderful
I had an excellent experience at CVRC, but see update below. My dog had a post-surgical complication and was hospitalized there for 4 days. The veterinarians and techs communicated with me often, effectively and with compassion. They are knowledgeable and well equipped. Also, I was able to see my baby at anytime of the day or night. Medical treatment was effective and my sweet boy is recovering. These are most friendly and caring people when you have a pet emergency!
Unbelievable. Dog in severe pain. 3.5 hours and never saw us. Never saw a doc. Never saw a nurse. Kept saying 40 min. Every hour. Dog cried in the waiting room.
They treated me and my pupper so well. I appreciated the free coffee and comfortable waiting room The staff was warm and welcoming all the time. Thank you for taking good care of my sweet pup!
Took my furbaby in for a snake bite. I was an emotional wreck. The staff was fabulous and the care was great! I especially appreciate Kia at the desk who talked with me while I was upset about what decisions to make to treat my pup.
Save your time/money. This practice is geared toward making money. And to make matters worse, the veterinarian was condescending and rude. She would not provide scientific answers to my questions; instead, the veterinarian simply restated what I already knew (regarding the doubling times of canine cancer cell types).
