They were quick to respond at 2am when my pup was having difficulty breathing. there was no fuss just genuine caring with solid confident staff. Quickly set me at ease and handled Finn perfectly. Though I think they got addicted to the charmer...even ill he can work the room.
My 6 year old Boston had an initial cardiac appointment. She was promptly diagnosed with mitral valve deterioration. It was diagnosed early, so the course of action is observation. I was quite pleased with the qualifications of Dr. Jesty. Ellie loved it, and will continue her follow ups there..

It seems the priority at this center is MONEY! After repeated tests, bloodwork, X-rays and $3500.00 - no solution, just requests for more of the same. Immediately upon requesting to see a detailed billing ( had to request twice for a printed copy ) I was the bad guy! The conversation about my dog was dropped! No follow up, nothing. Totally frustrated and disappointed.
