My German Shepherd has been to physical therapy here and just recently an ER visit with a snake bite to her face by a copperhead. The staff is always friendly and very caring! I eoukd recommend this facility to anyone in need of emergency or specialty care!
I called them for an emergency for my Rottie. They took my info and told me to bring him in as soon as I could. When we got there they were very responsive to his needs. Although the outcome of our visit was grim, they were highly professional, sympathetic, and compassionate. They made what was one of the worst decisions I had to make comforting. I truly appreciate what they did for my family and my boy. Thank you!
We've taken our pup, Sophie, here twice for true emergencies. (She's still there now. We expect to bring her home tomorrow. ) VERY PLEASED with the care she's received both times! Everyone is caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. We're truly grateful!
Most amazing place. Such compassionate humans toward their patients and their patients' humans. I felt like we mattered to them where so often I have felt like just another animal or an inconvenience in the day. Well worth the two hour drive and the expense.
I brought our dog here this morning for a very severe rash, hives, and diarrhea. The staff here was amazing. It was obvious that they all love dogs and want the very best for every animal that comes through the doors. We even had staff not involved in Arnold's care stop by to pet him and show him some love. To me the cost was very reasonable. For the visit, a steroid IV, and benadryl shot the cost was about $120. Plus they are sending a full report of his treatment there to our regular vet.
