Dr was rude. Staff was careless. I was charged for 48 hours worth of treatment when my dog was there for only 10 hours. I was treated like I didn't deserve to have the invoice explained to me and when I revealed that I worked in the veterinary field and they were busted ripping clients off the manager became hostile and threatened to call the police on me. $4800 for a gastric torsion surgery. That a year prior I had done with another great Dane at mt pleasant e vet for $1200. Drive the extra miles to Dorchester e vet. This p... read more
We live in Bluffton, and had the option of taking our 3 month golden retriever puppy to Savannah Emergency Clinic or CVRC. Awesome facility and staff. These people really care about your Pets. Open 24/7.
Brought in a dog that was HBC in front of us. We called ahead to ask for help when we arrived...not only was no one ready, but they took their time walking out to the car, made fun of the dogs toenails before even attempting to get him on the cart, flopped him on the cart with his legs splayed everywhere with ZERO concern for the dog who CLEARLY has fractures, head trauma, and more than likely internal bleeding. I will NEVER bring my dog here nor recommend them to anyone.
I have taken my own pets as well as an emaciated stray cat which they accepted without question. Every person from receptionist to tech to the doctor has been kind, calm, patient & honest! I highly recommend them! I appreciate all they have done for me, my family & the animals I have entrusted to them!
