I've used this facility several times with my senior pups for varying reasons and every time I'm impressed with the quality of care and the kindness of the staff. I highly recommend them to my grooming clients and my friends for specialty and emergency care.
Thank you to all the staff that comforted me during the passing of my cat Murphy. Dr. Welch was so comforting and did a phenomenal job during the whole ordeal. I received Murph's paw print ornament today and I love it!
They did a fantastic job with our dog Pippin when he became very ill. They were so very kind and compassionate when the outcome was not what we had hoped for and we had to end his suffering. DR Welch and her staff did an amazing job. My only complaint is the high cost of care. I'm still in shock from the total bill.
