We had carpet fitted recently and could not fault the service or the product. The whole process from start to finish was fantastic. Really happy with our recent experience with Charles Wilson carpets laying both LVT and carpet. Sales staff were really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, quick to quote and explain all our options. Fitting was quick clean and efficient and the guys kept us informed of timelines etc. would highly recommend

The customer service you get is so much better as is the overall quality of the install, and so it proved with Charles Wilson Carpets. Friendly service and surprisingly competitive prices. Charles Wilson was recommended by my parents who used them and were very happy, so glad we used them we’re so happy with the end result they done an immaculate job on our stairs (open plan so not easy!)/bedrooms and landing. Adam was very helpful in show room advising pros and cons of carpets we liked and which would be best for our home, quality service at a good price. Highly recommend.
