I only came to know this company exists a few months back when I had a large bill arrive at my property for facilities management fees. Prior to this, I had never at any stage received a bill for payment. However, as an amount is due, I offered to make payment (I have paid in full) but have been constantly told by staff there that I have ignored bills and refused payment. This company charged residents £14.40 for a letter falsely accusing them of breaching a rule. When challenged Phil Stevenson said the £14.40 was to 'encourage' people to sign up for their portal! This is pure extortion and financial intimidation. When asked to see the legal paper work that existed to show our rights as residents they have refused to comply. When Barbara was with Charles White she was very help full and got problems sorted now since she has left the company our main problem looks like its put on hold with no movement Dorothy Corr Charles Whites Gardners came out to the Rosegarden and cut the grass and came back today to cut the hedges they do a excellent job on our site Dorothy Corr
Paul Sanders was excellent he listened to our issue and actioned what he said he would . He is currently resolving the problem within our neighbours and keeps us in the loop on process a very professional colleague who is a credit to your organisation .
