I had a great experince at Charles Toyota. I live out of state 150 miles away but they had the truck I wanted. Andrew this internet sales manager allowed me to negotiate everything over the phone and was super responsive. When I arrived they had me in and out of there in under 2 1/2 hours. Jason and the managers were awesome! There was a some confusion on the pricing of my out of state registration and plates. Tommy the GM got involved and ate the charges!!
