We bought a van from here 2 months ago. Our buying experience here was okay. However, the service center was not. Just after 1 month the vans brakes started to squeak. Between having a newborn and the holidays, we just got around to calling. We bought the van October 26th. They made my husband still pay the $65 diagnostic fee even though there was nothing wrong with the brakes except they needed a little cleaning and grease and they did that for “free”. RecommendedI had to go for my airbag recall. When I went to check in I was greeted with friendliness and smiles. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and my car was done in about 30 minutes.
