Pictures are worth a 1000 words. Mechanic snap off the bolt on the flange. The service manager tried to say my husband hit something after the mechanic nicked the flange. Never told my husband they snapped the bolt. Husband drove home with it. My son who is also a mechanic got under the truck and found the bolt snapped .Vehicle only has 15,000 miles on it and will be 3 years old. They called it road damage. Ms. Czapla, I'm sorry that you feel this way however the damage in question was in no way caused by us and was caused by some type of impact while driving. Had we made a mistake we would have owned up to it and rectified it without question but in this case we did nothing wrong.
