I had my hip replaced on January 26th would by dr. Springer and to this point in time I am completely satisfied with the results

We arrived on time for the appointment after having to wait weeks , waited for over an hour and a half after my appointment time , and soon after finally meeting with the doctor was told that I needed a joint replacement. No alternatives were offered, but he did give me a shot of cortisone. I left with unanswered questions and concerns, feeling I needed a second opinion.
This is a cattle call office, they herd you in and do unneeded x-rays just to bill your insurance company. Then after saying you need surgery, they can not schedule surgery for 4-5 weeks if you complain about the time lapse they will reject you as a patient but still charge you. BIG TIME RIP OFF DOCTOR!!!! Staff: Lori surgery scheduler is a nut case! should be working on cars not dealing with people! Nasty Nasty rude woman!
