There are no words to express how thankful I am. My surgery and rehab went beyond expectations. Dr. Springer and his staff (office, rehab, and surgical team) are AMAZING. Each time I was at the office, rehab, or the surgery center, the staff made me feel as if I was the only patient there! Thank you for your knowledge and making such a difference. He ignored other reports of pain which required a referral to neuro or pain mgt. He is only concerned with knee surgery and income for himself
My experience at Orthopedic Specilaists was a very positive one. I felt that Dr Springer cared about me and would do his best to improve my knee problem. The entire staff that I worked with seemed to have time for me and helped me through the entire examination. I knew that they were busy, but they took their time and allowed me to take mine. So far I have been very happy with the outcome
Very efficiently run office. Dr Springer went over X-rays and took time to discuss everything. Seen on time and was able to schedule surgery before we left the office.
It was fast and efficient. The staff was very pleasant and kind.
Positive: I twisted my knee in a fall. I could barely walk, they worked me in within three days. Dr. Springer's PA diagnosed the problem as fluid on the knee and Dr. Springer drained the knee and gave me a shot of cortisone. Within days I improved 75-80%. Negative: They insisted on charging me the $183 Medicare Deductible when I told them my insurance covered the deductible. My experience was prompt and it was nice to see some of the same people after 6 years. Dr. Springer has my trust and since now my other hip is giving me trouble, I will put my confidence in him.
Very prompt and professional on my first visit. Time will tell about the effectiveness of the long term care.
