I was willing to ignore the barley civil front desk staff, but had a bad vibe from the start. Over a 2 hour wait to see the doctor. When I was finally called back no apologies from anyone.
I HAD FLUID DRAINED FROM MY KNEE AND RECEIVED A CORTISONE SHOT. I WAS SCHEDULED FOR AN MRI . QUICK, EFFICIENT SERVICE.
I am confident with my decision to have hip replacement surgery because of Dr. Springer and his reasons for going forward with the surgery. His reputation is outstanding and I felt he and has staff really cared about my well being.
I felt very comfortable listening to Dr Springer and telling him my reasons for delaying any procedures.
Dr. Springer was wonderful. I had never gone to an orthopedist in this area. Both he and the entire staff made me feel confident in their expertise. We now have an orthopedic surgeon for while we are in the area. And the service took care of my pain so I can walk now. I hope this shows up as a full and total 5 star +. Thank you.
I was able to get my first appointment the week after I called. Once there, the doctor and his team were all very thorough and helpful with answering my (many) questions. I am returning next week for further treatment.
Everyone was very nice from staff to doctor. Explain everything so I could understand. Follow up to come.
It was, as far as it could be, a very pleasant experience. Very professional and friendly and does not put surgery if there is another way. Surgery had to be done and, although not the most pleasant experience, it was done promptly, carefully and so well that you have to look hard to see the scar.
Dr Springer has got me on the right track to get my knee back in working order
