I was able to get an appointment within a week. The check in process went smoothly, I was taken back for x-rays, then saw the PA who discussed my knee issue, and then saw Dr. Springer who injected me knee with cortisone. He stated that if this didn't work to call his office to set up an appointment for an MRI. So far, so good. Dr. Springer was very knowledgeable and I felt very at ease with him.
Very efficient and fast. I have to fit my appointment in before work and they get me in and out with all of my questions answered. I feel very confident with my choosing Dr Springer .
The team was great, true professionals, and I didn't have to wait an hour in the lobby!
I was very nervous since this was my first surgery, but Dr Springer and his staff explained everything beforehand and put me at ease as much as possible. I had large tears on both sides of my menicus and today is the day after surgery and I have minimal pain. I would recommend him to anyone.
I felt that the doctor had made an opinion for my situation based on his PA who asked very questions and seemed to finish my sentences with his own opinions. Not rude by any means, but not very willing to listen a whole lot. I felt very rushed as they seemed to be running behind. I waited 40 min past my scheduled appointment time even though I was told to arrive 30 min early. Ovrrall, I am getting a second opinion.
I received a clear explanation of problems and alternatives.
Dr. Springer replaced both of my knees back in 2010 and they did a wonderful surgical work on them. I did not have any pain in either knee. I guess I was lucky or I had a very good surgeon. I rate Dr Springer a solid 10.
I was in at my scheduled time. All the staff were supremely professional and seemed genuine in their concern to make my world right again!
