I had the best experience with Jean Claude Moughanni. He was patient while I tested three different vehicles and he stayed within my budget. I never felt pressured and I couldn't be more pleased with my new little Toureg. Richard, the finance guy was also super. Love them! Looking for a new vehicle? Ask for Jean Claude.
In a regular 60,000 mile maintenance for my vehicle, the fuel filter is supposed to be replaced. Maund says they did, however a few months later my system was found to have rust in it. There is no way they performed the service as required, or they would have noticed the rust. Dealership is claiming they did replace it, though several outside mechanics have reviewed and tell me no way. Worst service ever. Cost me thousands of dollars in fuel pump repairs.
Great customer service from Burt. When everyone thought it would be impossible to get my keys out from my locked trunk he didn't give up. He was kind and went above and beyond. It was much appreciated.
Love my car but the service dept. is very lacking!!!!!
