Very disappointed in their costumer service ! Too bad I won't recommend the dealer to any of my friends now. I guess they dont care about you anymore as soon as they made the sale final. ( i guess that all its matter ). If you are trying to buy a preowned vehicle, double check everything before you make the purchase. Especially the tyres.
BEWARE - if you plan to lease from this company you will be charged over $400 during the course of your lease in property taxes, even if you don't own the vehicle and even it's only for personal use. Charles Maund does not alert you of these fees - they just show up on your bill. I've been a loyal Charles Maund VW customer for 12 years and will not be renewing my next lease!

Most pleasant hassle free car buying experience I've ever had. No high pressure or manipulative practices at all. Our Sales Guy William Cole was fantastic. We will likely purchase another car for my wife in the very near future and we will gladly give our business to Maund and especially William. Great job guys, keep up the good work.
