I had a service appointment yesterday at 10am. I was surprised to learn that my service appoint me wasn't to actually have my car serviced, but rather to check in with the service adviser. My car wasn't actually pulled into the service bay until 11:40. Major fail! The whole experience was very Seinfedesque. The service adviser was nice and she did her best to make a bad situation better. Still a really crappy way to do business.
Juan beat the best offer we'd had from another dealership, and we walked out with the price he quoted--to the penny! He even offered to deliver the car to our home, which is well outside Austin. I am thoroughly pleased. I highly recommend the dealership and the specific salesman. His name is Juan.
Car has been there over a week, repair hasn't begun. Took 3 days to diagnose. 4 days to get what apears to be less than a $20 part. Service forgot or didn't know to order tool to perform the repair. At this point advisor still isn't aware which warranty the repair is covered under. No confidence that my vehicle will be repaired properly or timely.
Talk to Paul Berube if you need a VW! He hooks it up!
Made an appointment at 9:00.... sat in the lobby, and at 10 I came to check on my car which hadn't moved. No apology. Then, when they moved it, the person driving whipped my car onto a busy street. Not very happy with the service.
The service department is top notch and the best in Austin and surrounding areas. They really do quality work and take care of you and your car! Burt in service is fantastic and really goes the extra mile.
Never has buying a gently used Passat been so easy. Joy was the best - she did everything in her power to make my dreams come true, and she did it with a smile and a laugh. Way to go!
