Our family has purchased two Volkswagen's from Paul. He is a gem and we can not recommend him enough. There was never any pressure from him and you could tell he cared about making sure to find the right vehicle that you wanted. This location always make me feel like a valued customer. My favorite thing about getting my car serviced is that while you’re waiting, they send a video via text of the inspection done on your vehicle.
Daughter took her 2009 Volkswagen to have it serviced. They supposedly did a multi-point inspection of all the major systems, presumably including the brakes. Nothing abnormal reported. She just drove the car home to Dallas for the holidays. The brake pad on the driver's side rear was so thin that the pad actually fell out on the driveway. Obviously metal-on-metal grinding for a long time, but no mention of that in the July multi-point inspection. Time to find a new Volkswagen dealership that I can trust to keep my daughter ... read more
