I am happy to recommend Charles Lear Estate Agents. They were suggested to me by a friend who had really good experiences with them. Shae Preece and Joe Brady were both extremely professional and personable. They pursued a number of ways to promote our house in its best light, and provided regular updates. They gave good advice in presentation of the property and pricing which ultimately resulted in the sale.
We recently bought our home on Andover Terrace through Charles Lear and had a really positive experience. Dan was excellent throughout, helping us secure the house, arranging additional visits when we needed them, and being refreshingly candid while we worked through the sale. It made the whole process far smoother and we’re really pleased with how it all came together.
