Got scammed by c&k. Redeemed $100 Ocbc voucher by wogi and c&k says cannot use. Pls fix this
Very poor customer service. The staff was rude, indifferent, and not helpful at all. I asked for another shoe size, but even after waiting more than 30 minutes, it was never brought to me while they continued serving other customers. When I asked again, the response was just a quick “sorry” with a very dismissive attitude. No proper apology or effort to help. Customers should not be judged based on how they look. Everyone deserves equal service. Very disappointing experience.
Service could be better
The customer service really suck and they don’t even look at the customer face when asking about the product and she explaining about the product like she is our life saver.
