You just earn a fan from my wife. She never expect a fine service from Fuza. All these years she will be frustrated when buying office shoes as one of her foot is slightly smaller than the other and it cause her distress whenever she need to put on office shoes. What do you know, Fuza suggest and place something in her shoes that make her really surprise it give a comfortable fit. Thank you for the service.

Had a great shopping experience at the Valentine's Day gift hunt yesterday! The staff was initially a bit cool and not super smiley, but once she realized my spouse was eyeing a pair of shoes (last pair, minor scratches), she totally turned around and offered to check other outlets for availability and even reserve them for us 😊. Good!

Rushed into the store in a panic 30 minutes before the store closed because my shoes broke last minute. Even though they were in the midst of preparing for closing, the lady that served me was very understanding and patient, and even helped to guide me through the store website to set up an account while I was there. Very good service and attitude.
