We already knew the exact design we wanted, so we brought the display pair to the counter and asked for our size. 2 SAs were at the counter. I was at the store whilst on my way travelling to KL for vacation. I asked for a specific shoe in a size and colour and was told by a staff member that they would put it behind the till whilst I still browse. The same person who assisted me with the shoe put the transaction through. When I got to KL I opened the box and the wrong shoe and size is in the box. 쥬얼창이 찰스앤키스 매장 직원들이 너무 불친절하다는 후기를 보고 출국하는 터미널인 2터미널점을 방문했어요. 2터미널에 비행기 타는 분들은 다들 여기서 사세요! 매장도 크고 제품도 다양해요. 그리고 면세구역이라 면세가로 살 수 있어서 좋아요. 무엇보다 남자 직원분이 엄청 친절하시더라구요. 싱가포르에서 귀한 친절한 직원 ㅠㅠ 덕분에 기분좋게 쇼핑하고 출국했습니다.
