Last season i bought this sandal in off white colour and i have issues with it , the gold label were poking to my skin and cause some blisters and bleeding. So this time round i saw c&k sell the sandal again , and i bought it again to see if it will be better quality this time round . But nope got the same issues . Really thank you to zul & matthew for their good service very helpful & listen to customer feedback & letting me to exchange my black sandal,to another design . Really appreciate

I bought a lady wallet from tampines branch. When I put my credit card inside the sockets, I need to pull hard n long to take out my cards. It seems that the air inside suck the card. I send through The shop to repair, but the problem still exist. V disappointed as I took great deal of my time. The manager had an altitude that she don't bother.when she return my wallet, it seems they never done the repair . My ocbc credit was spoilt because I pull too hard.
