Pleasant experience at Charles & Keith @ Plaza Singapura and wanted to commend one of the staff, HARRY. As I entered, he was in the middle of a conversation with a colleague but immediately paused, greeted me warmly with a big smile and gave me his full attention. I already knew what I wanted the black Lyla and he promptly checked for a new piece for me. Great customer service compare to Jewel outlet which is not welcoming and show alot of attitude .However here everyone is super friendly,helpful and welcoming. Will buy more online and get it pick up here instead 😁 KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!
