I visited the Charles & Keith Jewel store yesterday and had a very disappointing experience. The store was not crowded, yet the staff seemed reluctant to assist. I was standing with a shoe, clearly intending to ask for a size, but the staff member (male) avoided approaching me. I had to walk up to him to request assistance. When he returned with the shoes, he dropped them on the floor instead of handing them to me, even as I was reaching out. This happened not once, but twice. The other bad reviews about this store are completely true. My experience here was terrible. We walked in to buy a wallet, and the staff just stared at us rudely. They clearly did not want to help us. When I finally chose a wallet, the staff actually threw the display item back onto the shelf. She went to get a new one from the back, but her bad attitude stayed the same. She packed the new wallet into its box without saying a single word to us. Lousy experience! Visited today to get shoes for my daughter, the lady staff there was so annoyed when we asked her to drop the second shoe (after purchasing the first one, we didn’t want the second pair of as it wasn’t nice and told her politely that we’ve change of mind) but she literally threw the box with a rude attitude and cold stares. Hope the management retrains their staff to be more customer friendly.

Wow the staff here has the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. I was looking at a bag and she just walked over AFTER I took the bag myself. She curtly asked if I wanna know the price, and immediately after showing me the price tag, she just hung the bag back even though I asked to see it. Bravo…
