The collection they have is very limited and most products are not discounted. That said the staff are very rude and will talk to you as if they are doing a favour talking or attending to you and the bags are being given away for free. This prevented me from purchasing anything here and i took my business elsewhere.
Staff was fantastic I expressed interest in an item I wanted over the phone at JEM outlet and they mentioned IMM had it. Didn't reserve over the phone Surprisingly, when I headed down to IMM They knew my name after showing the product and said they reserved for me. Great experience 👍🏽

The designs are trendy and stylish, and I felt the pricing was reasonable compared to other similar brands. The staff was humble and approachable.
