Quality of some products is very poor. Even functionality is not good. Normal cards also don’t fit properly. I made a mistake of buying here. Request others to not give in to FOMO. It’s a worthless brand.
I visited the store to collect my bag last weekday during lunch hour and was quite surprised by how crowded it was. Many southeast tourists were video calling, speaking loudly, and leaving items around the shop, which made the environment feel a bit chaotic and untidy. That said, I would really like to commend one of the staff members (a Chinese girl, though I didn’t manage to catch her name). Customer service was top notch from Darren. He took his time to go through the stocks to find me the perfect gift for my Wife. Definitely coming back for more
