Unless your a paying client they are not interested in helping people who need legal aid spoke to me very rudely like my claim did not matter or qualify and was not interested by a 2 minutes into the phone call No empathy or understanding of my situation. Very effasive in the responses I got and felt being belittled very sensitive case they totally wrote the enquiry off . Very Hostile approach.
A massive thanks to Mike who looked after our family in a horrible situation during lockdown, he made the outcome the best it could of been, without Mike's knowledge and experience things could of been much worse. Mike also carried on helping our situation months after as we had no idea how anything worked in what we were working through. Thank you Mike Davis, so so grateful for what you have done. If we ever need a solicitor again I will only use this company, well done xx.
