I had a great experience with them. They showed great care about my situation and helped me get a house to rent. Professional and responsible. Certainly would recommend them.
Not happy with my dealings with this company, their correspondence and care for the customers is none existent. Considering this is a pretty big letting agency I'm surprised about how they deal with customers. Hoping we won't have to go for another temporary rental one again. Also beware they do use tactics to push you to purchase sooner/ leave you on edge during the buying process.
Recently we purchased a property through Charles Harding in Royal Wootton Bassett but i can only advise you to give them a wide birth,they were rude and ignorant and to be honest stuck up their own backsides. They were only interested in the person selling the property,but couldn't care less about the purchaser's. I tried to complain but of course it fell on deaf ears ! If I could give minus stars I would . Be aware !
